The Utility Service Center forms the basis for how we interact with our customers and is comprised of a Web portal that includes the following:
- Ticketing & self-help - provide the ability for our customers to log tickets and use our self-help knowledge base
- Remote monitoring - 24 x 7 monitoring of customers IT infrastructure, including status, alerts, reporting
- Remote administration - ability to open remote control/support session; asset/user management and monthly maintenance
- Utility U - Web-based training centre for customers to learn basic technology tools of the trade.
The Utility Service Center is the indispensable means for our customers to request support, acquire knowledge and gain peace-of-mind that we are on-call and at their service on-demand in "near real-time".
