Emergency Support
Our Emergency Support service is available to customers under contract based on the severities and
response times as follows:

Network Assessment
Our Network Assessment service is designed to identify any areas of weakness within your infrastructure
that may affect your required level of service. An initial onsite assessment will be performed
identifying areas of weakness along with our recommendations for improvement - this is generally
included as part of our Connected Office service plan.
Network Administration
Our Network Administration service includes a defined quantity of onsite move/add/change hours.
This onsite technician time is intended to accommodate the inevitable support calls that can’t be
resolved remotely as well as ongoing infrastructure changes you will require.
Business-Technology Consulting
Our Business-Technology Consulting (BTC) services are designed to help you understand how
technology currently supports your business, the ‘true’ costs of technology as well as reviewing our
performance on a monthly or quarterly basis. BTC is intended to provide you with a trusted advisor to
help you plan the technical component of your business growth from an operations, communications
and management perspective.
