The primary goal of our menu of services is to make it easily understandable to our customers and provide them with options that fit their budget and specific business requirements. Our three program levels include:
- Classic - "a la carte" proactive service offering priced monthly by service element.
- Managed - user-based, fixed fee service and support, with several key optional services to meet specific user needs.
- Utility - user-based, fixed fee for software, hardware and service.
Our menu of services includes software, hardware and service and is based on a monthly per user fee for the Managed and Utility levels. Below is an overview of our menu of services. Note:

All Managed and Utility service packages are supported by the Utility Service Level Agreement, which details the terms of the engagements, pricing and our service level guarantee. The Classic package allows customers to choose à-la-carte from a menu of services which is element-based versus user-based. All service packages are supported by the Utility Service Center customer service portal in accordance with the specified service plan - typically 24x7 or 8x5.
