It includes problem resolution services for technical issues involving the desktop/laptop, operating system, internet connectivity and productivity applications such as Microsoft Office®.

Level 2 Network Support is for companies with complex needs and reliance on technology to operate their business effectively. In addition to the services provided in the Level 1 package, Level 2 Network Support includes problem resolution services for technical issues involving the desktop connection to network and servers and triage support for network, servers, security and mission-critical business applications.
