The key theme for the event is the Utility 3V Strategy focusing new services and programs in areas that can increase market penetration and/or increase the value of the Connected Office services to the SMB market.  The Summit provides a “real-world” account of marketing, selling and delivering managed IT services and utility computing to the SMB end-user.
