Job Summary
The role will require an individual with organizational skills and strong time management and communication capabilities. The individual will be responsible for contacting key decision makers in companies located throughout the United States and Canada. Lead generation efforts include registering decision makers to attend Online web presentations/demonstrations, or setting up onsite appointments for franchisees across North America. Ideal candidates have previously sold products or services directly to small-to-medium size businesses. Past telemarketing experience a definite asset. Individuals will have the ability to work from home upon successful completion of the training.
Description of Responsibilities
- Book appointments and online demonstrations for SMB customers.
- Follow TUC defined initial and top-of-mind-awareness campaigns.
- Ability to articulate our Connected Office value proposition.
- Responsible for lead qualification and generating new business.
- 100% focus on new business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales call quota.
- Fully utilize our CRM tool by documenting all activities, follow up, forecasts, etc.
Qualifications
- 1 year of successful inside sales/telemarketing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed past sales call quotas.
- Understanding of small business vs. mid-enterprise decision-makers.
- Strong, polished, professional communication skills.
- Well organized and disciplined.
- Team player with unquestioned integrity.
- Internet and social networking skills an asset.
