Mark McIntyre
Mark McIntyre is founder of Ormac (www.ormac.com) and has been delivering Internet technology solutions to SMBs for 7 years. Ormac signed on as the 1st franchise for The Utility Company in early 2007. Mark has worked in the Information Technology field for years and served in various capacities including: project management, business development, solutions consulting, and telecommunications management. He introduces companies to available technologies with the goal of transferring their business processes to information technology strategies (thus improving efficiency, reducing overhead, expanding markets, and improving customer/partner relations).
Mark’s ability to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives is a valuable asset to both partners and clients. He has proven ability to service clients in a variety of industries and markets including: Education, Telecommunications, Software Development, Warehousing and Distribution and Manufacturing.

Leonard Lutes
Leonard’s career spans four decades of senior management in the technology and office equipment industries. In each of his management positions, Leonard has proven his ability to substantially increase sales revenues and successfully direct employees toward high achievement. His leadership positions have included Zone Manager for Xerox Corporation, District Sales Manager for Tallgrass Technologies, VP Sales at Permabilt Industries and President and CEO of Firstchoice Business Machines of Seattle and later at Van Dyk Business Systems of Pittsburgh from 1995-2007.
January 1, 2008 Mr. Lutes returned to the Pacific Northwest as owner and CEO of The Utility Company of Puget Sound, WA. His leadership style and innovative management ideas are focused on capturing the SMB market in the Seattle area. Leonard earned his degree in Business Administration from the College of the Canyon in Valencia, California.

Munir Farah
Munir Farah has over 10 years of technology experience in progressively senior roles overseeing the design, testing and implementation of web-based applications and workforce management solutions with leading technology companies including Axsium Group, Workbrain and Cambridge Technology Partners . Munir owns and operates The Utility Company of Mississauga North East working in the business since April 2010.
Munir holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa.

Paul Price
Paul Price owns and operates The Utility Company of Flemington, NJ and brings with him over two decades of corporate technology experience. His experience with enterprise IT, communications and outsourcing provides our customers the 'Virtual CIO' previously only available to large enterprises.
Since 2007, Paul has owned and operated The Workforce Strategy Group which delivers IT Sourcing and BPO to corporate enterprises. Prior to this, Paul worked in a variety of management capacities at Johnson & Johnson from 1982-2006. Eric holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Business Management from east Tennessee State University |
