Franchise Development Coordinator

Our Connected Office® service program provides a single point of contact to deliver and manage technology, communications and vertical line of business applications – 95% Remote; 100% Proactive.
Our services are sold and supported through a growing franchise network across North America. We are aggressively adding new franchisees every month and as the Franchise Development Coordinator you will play a key role in this objective. We also plan to add overseas franchisees in 2011.
Job Summary
You will act as the point person for coordinating all activity for prospects exploring our franchise opportunity. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining all client profiles and forms while moving them through the structured franchise due diligence process.Prospects come directly through our website or from several franchise broker organizations that we work with. You must maintain constant communication with the franchise candidate as well as the brokers.
Description of Responsibilities:
- Articulate our Franchise value proposition with prospects and brokers.
- Fully utilize our CRM tool by documenting all activities, follow up, forecasts, etc.
- Schedule webinars, phone calls, Discovery Days, etc.
- Daily communication to the broker on their particular candidate.
- Monthly communication to the broker organizations as a whole with any relevant news, updates, announcements, etc.
- First point of contact on all broker inquiries – ie. Territory checks, etc.
- Coordinate travel plans and participate in Franchise seminars and conventions. Possible travel once or twice per quarter.
- Use MS MapPoint to create territories.
- Administrative assistance and other duties as required.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong, polished, professional communication skills – email and phone

- Ability to function with minimal supervisor necessary.
- Team player with unquestioned integrity
- Ability to multi-task and work on various projects.
- Internet and social networking skills an asset.
- Interest in building a sales & marketing career
- Broad knowledge of technology a definite asset.
