Robert Kenney brings with him more than 20 years of management experience in the technology services industry with a unique focus in the SMB managed services market. Having created his first remotely managed client relationship in 1996 he has seen the model of service level based, remote support technology support evolve to a significant extent. “The Utility Company” model made sense 12 years ago and it makes more sense today for small / medium sized businesses struggling to support a technology infrastructure that has become the life line of their operations”.

Prior to joining the partner ranks at The Utility Company, Robert was Director of Professional Services NA for Cognizant Technology Solutions. This assignment was the result of Cognizant acquiring AimNet Solutions, Inc. where Robert was a founding member of the management team, responsible for sales and business development for the technology services company. Prior to AimNet Robert was the President of Alpine Computer Systems, Inc. a managed services business focused on infrastructure technology. In addition to his operating experience Robert was a founding contributor to the MSP Association which helped shape the remote services model in the early days.
